Our pilots will rank through 5 tiers based purely on hours, experience and qualifications. Interested?
Officer Recruit – a new entrant yet to complete the written and practical assessments.
Second Officer – a newly graduated officer. Must qualify to fly 2 or more aircraft to promote.
First Officer – becoming more experienced these pilots are now the backbone of our crews. Must be qualified to fly 2 or more aircraft these pilots must achieve 100 logged hours.
Captain – our captains are experienced and knowledgable. A total of 250 hours must be logged to achieve this rank.
Senior Captain – 500 hours have been logged. This pilot is now able to instruct and assess first officers attempting to gain their advanced flying certification.
Staff Ranks
Recruitment & Media Officer – responsible for our IFC thread, website and social networking this individual has a great responsibility as the ‘face’ of Executive Jet Charter.
Senior Captain Commander – overall responsibility for standards and evaluation (STANEVAL), this person designs and implements training courses, events and ensures our pilots are sticking to the correct operations procedures and standards laid out in Publication 1.
Operations Manager – the OM works in the background ensuring our VAM system is working correctly, publicises the weekly flights and maintains the fleet by ensuring they are transported to the relevant location to undergo the maintenance and safety assessments.
Chief Operations Officer – the companies second in command, this person oversees all day to day operations and activities to keep the VA moving forward.
Chief Executive Officer – this person is responsible for the overall infrastructure and advancement of the VA ensuring it remains at the forefront of technology. He/she will maintain the integrity of the VA and its board of staff, concentrating on keeping its members motivated and active to set the best example to those striving to become the best they can be.
